WeServeX (“we”, “us”) operates the WeServeX mobile apps, admin tools, and website at https://www.weservex.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details such as name, email, phone, and profile photo.
- Booking details: service type, schedule, address, and notes you provide.
- Worker documents you upload for verification (identity, health, related files).
- Device and usage data needed to run the service (app version, notifications tokens).
- Location data when a visit is in progress and tracking is enabled.
- Wallet and ledger activity inside WeServeX (balances and transaction history).
How we use information
- To create and manage accounts, bookings, and support requests.
- To assign workers, operate live tracking, and settle completed visits.
- To verify workers and maintain platform safety.
- To send service notifications (booking updates, document status, reviews).
- To improve reliability, security, and customer support.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the marketplace: between clients and assigned workers for a booking, with service providers that host our infrastructure, and when required by law. We do not sell personal data.
Retention & security
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and dispute purposes. We use access controls and encrypted transport (HTTPS) to protect data in transit.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing info@weservex.com. Some records related to completed orders may be retained where required.
